Dr. Dick Mercado Sr.

Pastor Dick Mercado Sr. trusted Jesus Christ as his Savior and was baptized at an early age. He began preaching at 16 years old. He graduated from Grand Canyon College in 1951 and later received an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree fromBob Jones University. He married Margine Mae Clark on July 12, 1956 and theynow have been blessed in marriage over 50 years...

Pastor L. Torres

Pastor Luis Torres is the assistant pastor of the Evangelical church, he began his ministry as an assistant pastor here at the church in 2008, Pastor Luis Torres studied at Instituto Practico Ebenezer, Him and his wife, Norma Torres have two precious children, Daniel of four years of age and Benjamin of two years and 10 months. Pastor Luis Torres accepted the Lord as his Savior at La Iglesia Bautista Palabra Viva in Mexico City while studying in high school. ​ The Lord called him to be in the ministry when he was 18 years old and began his training in 1999. After graduating from the Bible Institute he served in various church missions in Mexico. Currently is serving as assistant pastor at the church and is in charge of the Spanish Sunday school.
